Additional labor is billed in 30-minute increments. If the first repair does not use the entire first hour, we can move to another appropriate item on your list.
Enrolled members: no additional weekend or “emergency” service-call fee.
Everyone else: weekend and emergency service calls are $25 higher than the normal applicable service-call rate.

Materials are separate from labor unless included in a quoted project. Customers may provide materials, or DK Home Services can obtain what is needed.
Payment is collected at the end of the service call.
Accepted: cash, check, Cash App and credit cards.
Multiple repairs can be grouped into coordinated visits whenever practical. DK Home Services works with landlords, rental-property owners, property managers and multi-unit properties.
Ask about the Annual Maintenance Membership and discounted Handyman labor for enrolled properties.
Combine Handyman & Home Repair with the Home Maintenance Membership and Pest Control. Customers enrolled in both Membership and recurring Pest Control receive 10% off recurring Pest Control service.
Larger repairs, remodeling, substantial installations, demolition or work requiring significant labor and materials may be handled through a separate project estimate or quote.
There is usually no additional travel charge within the normal Polk County service area. Outside that area, travel charges may apply based on distance and travel time.
